Kochi software exports zooms

Infopark achieved 90% frowth in software exports
during 2007-2008 posting a Rs.368 cr ($87 million).
Less than 4 years old, this is a stupendous growth
by any IT park in the state.
Combined with the software exports from Muthoot
Technopolis in CSEZ (Rs.120 cr.), total exports from
Kochi is Rs. 488 cr which is more than 40% of state's
IT exports in 2008 pegged at Rs.1200 cr (click). Muthoot
Technopolis is barely two year old into its functioning.
In total Kochi's existing IT parks have outperformed
the growth rate of the state It exports (60%)
